Steel Pipe Plant shall be operated as one of the production fields of Azertexnolayn LLC. Spiral stitched steel tubes met international standards are manufactured here. Three lines have been installed at the plant with indoor production field of 2700 m.

Spiral welded steel tubes are steel pipes that are produced by joining the arc in the spiral form and completely by sub powder welding method. Throughout the production line pipes are regularly tested: The finished product is cut off in standard or customer-requested dimensions by automated plasma machine.

Insulation section has been at the same time operating in the plant. Depending on customer requirements, the inner side of the pipes are painted with epoxy paint to withstand corrosion for many years and while the outside is previously painted with dry paint, then covered with polyethylene material. The internal insulation of the pipe meets EN 10289, external insulation meets TS 5139 and DIN 30670 standards.
